I'm worked for many years as a poet, rapper, actor and co-founder of hip-hop theatre company Beats & Elements. 

I've performed around the UK at a variety of festivals and events such as Bestival, Lattitude and The Edinburgh Fringe and my work has featured on BBC 1Xtra and BBC London. 

I've written and performed two solo shows; A Tale From The Bedsit (2013) and The C/D Borderline (2016) as well as co-writing and performing in the critically acclaimed Beats & Elements shows, No Milk For The Foxes (2015) and High Rise eState Of Mind (2019.)  

My work has been publsihed by Methuin Drama and Burning Eye Books

Within theatre, I've worked with a number of companies, venues and directors such as Wildworks, Secret Cinema, Polka Theatre, Look Left Look Right, Kazuko Hohki, Brian Logan, Abi Conway Battersea Arts Centre, HOME Manchester and York Theatre Royale. 

I also regularly in education and have tauht and led progects with organisations such as Dream Arts. Cardboard Citizens, Fourth Monkey, Nescott, Roundhouse, Battersea Arts Centre Beatbox Academy, Mountview, Fourth Monkey, The Albany, and The Unicorn Theatre
